2.4 Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken after delivery

• Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly

Note: For dietary supplements like Daily Stack, if the seal on the product packaging has been broken, the right of withdrawal may not apply due to hygiene reasons. Products must be returned unopened and in their original sealed packaging to be eligible for a refund under the withdrawal right.

4. Voluntary Return Policy (Beyond Legal Requirements)

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer the following voluntary return policy:

We extend the return period to 30 days from the date of delivery for unopened products in their original packaging. This is in addition to your 14-day statutory withdrawal right.
